EasyFits

Virtual Try-On App

Description

EasyFits is a mobile fashion e-commerce app that removes sizing guesswork through a measurement-based virtual try-on experience. Users build a profile with their body measurements during onboarding, then see garments rendered on a personalized 3D avatar with zone-by-zone fit feedback and size recommendations before purchasing. The design process centered on making data collection feel effortless, embedding fit-checking directly into the shopping flow, and wrapping the experience in a soft, approachable visual language, all in service of one goal: turning sizing anxiety into purchase confidence.

Development Process

UX Approach:

The user journey was mapped into five stages: login, onboarding, home, shop, and try-on. The key idea: ask users to spend a few minutes entering their measurements up front, then use that data to support every future purchase. Since onboarding asks for more information than most apps, several features help prevent drop-off: a three-step progress bar, optional fields that stay hidden unless needed, a style quiz that can be skipped, and a fun completion screen. Users can also choose an avatar instead of a photo, which makes the app feel more comfortable for those who prefer not to share personal images.

UI Decision

Try-on buttons appear right on product cards, so checking fit becomes part of browsing instead of an extra step. Product pages use familiar online shopping layouts that are easy to understand. The quick style quiz during onboarding makes the app feel more personalized from the start, helping it recommend items that match each user's taste.
